Another Yum Runnerz Artisan Hits a Local Restaurant Menu





Siena Ritorante Toscano has picked up one of our yummy artisans. Pateletelier who specializes in meat, vegetarian, and vegan Pates along with seasonal preserves.


Siena will be using the Bison and Pork made with Thunderheart bison liver, Richardson's pork belly and ground pork, sweet potatoes, juniper berries, and brandy.


They will also be using their vegan Pecan and Mushroom pate; made with Texas Pecans, Kitchen Pride mushrooms, apricots, and tahini.


Last but not least they have picked up their seasonal black and blue preserve using fresh blueberries and blackberries.
